NEW EMAIL SETTINGS

Thank you for being a long term client with ABC Solutions. We try our best to make sure we stay on top of the best practices for email services. With the increased security concerns and googles massive push for SSL requirements as the software is updated by our vendors our mail server settings have been updated.

In order to use your mail client such as outlook, thunderbird, etc the new settings will need to be updated to the following. They will be listed at the below.

You can also use the Roundcube webmail client located at https://YOURDOMAINHERE.com/webmail

This is by far the most reliable, stable and secure method of access your email. We do not fully support email clients but understand some of our users do so we provide the functionality.

We can not setup your mail client for you due to the thousands of variations in users computers. This must be preformed by you or your computer repair company. We will try our best to assist you as best we can via our ticket system.

If you use the webmail then RoundCube is your best option. Its clean, simple. fast and very powerful in its feature rich interface. Personally a favorite and what we use for our email needs.
