Setting up Outlook Express 5 on a Macintosh

1. With Outlook Express open, click on the Tools menu then go to Accounts.
   
2. Click on the New button and select Mail.
   
3. In the window that appears, select POP3 for the account type, then click OK.
   
4. Use the image below to help fill out the account settings.
   
5. Once you have filled out the account settings, click on the Advanced Sending Options button at the bottom of the page.
6. Check "SMTP server requires authentication"
7. Ensure "Use same settings as incoming mail server" is selected.
8. Click in the Edit Account window to close the advanced options window.
9. Click Ok.
